I have been through all kinds of off-season programs and workouts, but no program has ever increased the muscular endurance and speed in my lower body like the programs at CAP Elite. After spending the summer doing a combination of workout programs at CAP and some of my own weight lifting routines I gained 20 lbs. of muscle. I went into my final season of collegiate football feeling bigger, stronger, faster and in the best condition I have ever been in. The treadmill is amazing. It is a very hard workout, but the results were outstanding for me. I have and will continue to rave about the benefits of training at CAP Elite. I recommend their training to anyone willing to put in the effort and hard work to get real results.
